Notification Regarding Increase in Value Added Tax (VAT)

Dear customer,

We hereby inform that the Government of Indonesia has officially increased the rate of Value Added Tax (VAT) in stages based on Law Number 7 of 2021 concerning Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) Chapter IV Taxes Value Added (VAT), Article 7 Paragraph 1, with details as follows:

VAT rate	Effective Date
11%	Starting April 1, 2022
12%	No later than January 1, 2025

In this regard, we, PT Jala Lintas Media, effective April 1, 2022, will begin implementing and taking into account the VAT rate change for all invoices issued to customers. And we will also notify you about the next VAT rate change before January 1, 2025.
